    I cannot register the server as ssl is required but not available for the
    server, and when I try to skip registration it asks for my windows password,
    when I enter it, it says incorrect even though it is correct.

    Sorry, but this bug report reqires a lot more details:
    
    - How exactly are you trying to register the server?
      Are you speaking about "pg_ctl register" or something else?
    
    - What asks for your Windows password?
    
    Best provide an exact sequence of your actions, the responses you get and
    how they differ from what you'd expect.
