   The repomd.xml.asc file at
   https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/common/redhat/rhel-9-aarch64/repodata/
   is empty, causing the following error on updates
   
   ```
   Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'pgdg-common': repomd.xml GPG
   signature verification error: gpgme_op_verify() error: No data
   ```

   This is already fixed.
