Hm, it could be something like:
Add possibility to miss scan indexes on append-only table, it decreases 
vacuum time on such tables.

Not query - *_to_tsvector functions produce a tsvector. So:

Add function <function>json(b)_to_tsvector()</function> to use 
customizable full text search over json(b) columns.
