Agreed, fixed.

Seems better, included.

Apart from above, I fixed not to call binary_upgrade_validate_wal_records() during
the live check, because it raises ERROR if the server is not in the upgrade. The
result would be used only when not in the live check mode, so it's OK to skip.
Also, some comments were slightly reworded.

  7. Use shorter file names in the upgrade logical slots test.

  8. Migrate logical slots to the new node during an upgrade.

  9. Flush logical slots to disk during a shutdown checkpoint if required.

  10. Prevent possibility of panics during shutdown checkpoint.
