  1. web-site and redirecting to mirror

    Maarten Boekhold <maartenb@dutepp2.et.tudelft.nl> — 1998-08-05T14:13:32Z

    Hi,

I still can't search mailinglist archives because of that
redirection to a near-by mirror. I thought these links where fixed?

ps. How often are those mirrors updated? On the one I get send to
(sunsite.auc.dk/postgresql), the last entry in the mailinglist archives
    it of august 3....

Basing my data on mirrors using rsync (if anyone is mirroring, and isn't
listed here, *please* let me know so that I can get all of this up to
    date):

se -> updates every 6 hours
dk -> looks like ~once ever 21 hours or so

I've removed all of the other ones, mainly because I have no way of
determining frequency of updates, and am getting tired of hearing
    complaints :)

Am changing the info.shtml page to reflect "the current state"

If anyone is mirroring the server, and is willing to run rsync for this
purpose, and is not listed on the main page as a mirror, please contact me
directly so that we can get you setup.

Those mirrors that used to be listed, that aren't now, are those that
aren't using rsync and appear to be >24hrs out of sync...they are still
    listed on the info.shtml page.
