Hi

What version of pgAdmin do you see? Also, the error "This app can't run on
your PC, to find a version for your PC, check with the
software publisher." probably means either the installation is corrupted or
some anti-virus is blocking the application.

Manika, can you check if you are able to execute the uninstaller properly
and confirm to be sure?
