   I am installing PG on Windows Server 2022. The install of pgBouncer bombs
   either using the download executable or via "Stack Builder" from the Start
   Menu. 
   
   Column d.Daticulocale does not exist in Line 8
   
   I can find references to this going back months- doesn't anyone care about
   Windows?

   > Sorry about the delay. It was probably overlooked. We have identified the
   issue with the installer and the new version release coming next week will
   include this fix.
