31 by my count, though that difference hardly matters. A lot of those
callers are in parts of the code that I don't know well. For example,
CheckForSerializableConflictOut().

Don't forget about direct callers to HeapTupleHeaderGetRawXmin(),
though. There are plenty of those in tqual.c.
