ALTER/DROP ROUTINE

The patch also includes fixes for the following issues:
ALTER FUNCTION with function arguments
Setting "RETURNS NULL ON NULL INPUT"
Setting "SECURITY DEFINER"
Setting "SECURITY INVOKER"
Setting "LEAKPROOF"
Setting "NOT LEAKPROOF"
