Error while installing Postgresql

Dear,

At the end of the installation a window pops up saying *"failed to load sql
modules into the database cluster"*. I followed some instructions on the
internet, disabled Windows security, downloaded the latest version of the
program, but it didn't work.

Can you please help me with this issue?
