Took me a while to figure out how to build the documentation with Meson:

```
XML_CATALOG_FILES=/usr/local/etc/xml/catalog ninja -C build alldocs
```

It works. Perhaps we should add:

```
ninja -C build alldocs
```

... command to installation.sgml file while on it, to the 17.4.1
