Hi. Here are the latest v13 patches.

Changes include:

PATCH 0002.
- README improvements -- as previously sent separately [1]
- Refactor InitPageCoreWithoutLock -- per proposal from Japin [2-#2]
- Changes to eliminate warnings from "headerscheck" and "cpluspluscheck"
- Add missing assignments in vci_handler()
