OK. Sorry for causing you trouble.

Here I am re-posting the ExprState cache changes as an incremental
patch on top of the last rebased row-filter patch (v23).

v25-0001 <--- v23 (last rebased main patch)
v25-0002 ExprState cache mods
v25-0002 ExprState cache extra debug logging (temp)

Hopefully, this will make it easier to deal with this change in isolation.
