- Rebased to HEAD as @ today

- Added new patch 0006 "Tablesync early exit" as discussed here [1]

- Added new patch 0007 "Fix apply worker prepare" as discussed here [2]

- Added new patch 0008 "Fix apply worker prepare (dev logs)" (to aid
testing of patch 0007)
