I have fixed that.  Along with that I have also fixed 2 minor pending
issues 1) removing of compressamapi.h from unwanted places, reported
by Justin and 2) Assert in TOAST_COMPRESS_SET_SIZE_AND_METHOD macro,
suggested by Robert.
