So do we really need to worry about the concurrent smgr invalidation? What am I missing? But copying code like CreateDatabaseUsingWalLog() have it inside the deepest loop in RelationCopyStorageUsingBuffer() and similarly CreateDatabaseUsingFileCopy() have it in copydir().
