Hi!

Here is a rebased version of the path v32.

Things changed:
- revert unneeded 64-bit xid related changes on sequence pages
- fix in convert_heap
- fix new page init when full_page_write=off
- added test.sh changes into new 002_pg_upgrade.pl
- and massive refactoring of page conversions after pu_upgrade
- made xid type alignment compatible with AIX double alignment

Review are very welcome!
