   Hi there
   
   I uninstalled Postgresql and wanted to reinstall it again, unfortunately,
   this error appeared after I tried many times. I wrote to you once, and
   someone from your side replied me with his solutions. Unfortunately,
   neither did they work.  I hope you can help me again, thanks a lot.

   Hi Chant,
   
   Similar issue was reported by a couple of more users. Last week I shared a
   postgresql-16 test installer with the fix. All the users confirmed the fix
   worked for them. I'll add you to that thread and you should also see the
   notification of the test installer download link.

   The new installer updates (with -2 revision number) with the fix is now
   available for download. Please verify and let us know if there are any
