I am currently running version 6.19 of pgAdmin 4, This was installed with a new fresh install on the 21/03/2023 from the main site here: PostgreSQL: Downloads <https://www.postgresql.org/download/> I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 with the OS build being 22621.1413. I have no third party security suite, Only the default windows defender. Postgressql works as expected along with pgAdmin 4, Until I try to uninstall it to try and update to pgAdmin 4 v6.20.
