Hi,

Patched v46-0001 no longer compiles after the recent commit
840ff5f451cd9a391d237fc60894fea7ad82a189, I resolved the conflicts in
v47 patch.

However, the following test case in the test_ddl_ddl-deparse_regress
module is broken again, I'll look into it later:

a int,
