Commits

  1. Remove INT64_HEX_FORMAT and UINT64_HEX_FORMAT

  2. Use PRI?64 instead of "ll?" in format strings (continued).

  3. Add INT64_HEX_FORMAT and UINT64_HEX_FORMAT to c.h.
