Bug with JDBC Driver and IE 4/5

This is just to let everyone who uses JDBC that there seems to be a problem
with IE4 & IE5, where they refuse to load the driver. Netscape & Appletviewer
are fine.

I'm looking at this, but it's going to take a few days, as I'm having to get
IE installed and write an applet to try to reproduce the problem.

So far, I've had two independent reports of this.
