1. Fix typo in ecpg.sgml

   Hi,
   
   there is a missing "EXEC" in ecpg.sgml in the list of transaction management commands.
   
   Attached a trivial patch to fix this.

   Right, and the "SQL" was missing, too. Thanks for spotting, fixed in
