Continue fixing CI issues in this patch. Resolved frz_offsets misalignment caused by odd byte counts in dead or unused tuple packs. Patch set has been split, unit-tests have been moved into separated patch-files. It shows that the very essence of the patch has size of 90 KB only. P.S. Rebased onto fce3f7d2677.
