Thanks.  I like this patch, both the rewording of comments and the code
revision.

By the way,

+            !resultRelInfo->ri_PartitionRoot)

This should be resultRelInfo->ri_PartitionRoot == NULL, because the above
gives an impression that ri_PartitionRoot is a Boolean.
