I am sorry in a very late reaction...

Is it enough for a 9.1release?
libpq of bcc32 and win32 has a problem.

_pg_get_encoding_from_locale が関数 _PQsetClientEncoding で参照されました。
.\Release\libpq.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 外部参照 2 が未解決です。
