Hi,

please add this lines to template/.similar:
i386-pc-cygwin=cygwin32
i486-pc-cygwin=cygwin32
i586-pc-cygwin=cygwin32
i686-pc-cygwin=cygwin32

They enable the template autodetection for the Cygwin port.
