Per my coffee cup, "Nothing is as permanent as a temporary fix".

However, I wonder whether Andres' work at 8b886a4e3 could be used
to improve this, either directly or as inspiration?

  1. Skip RSA-PSS ssl test when using LibreSSL.

  2. Ooops ... add required configure support.

  3. Hack one ssl test case to pass with current LibreSSL.
