Hi Jonathan,

I noticed that CoC (pgweb/templates/pages/about/policies/coc.html) was
updated in last August.  Attached is a patch to
pgweb/templates/pages/about/policies/coc/ja.html to sync with
coc.html.

Can you please apply it?
