Here are subtle changes I would like to have:

(1)
<p><em>Last updated: 最終更新日: 2018年8月18日</em></p>

"Last updated:" is not necessary because "最終更新日:" is same in
Japanese and it's redundant.

(2)
我々は皆様がプロとして行動する中で、礼儀と共通の利益を重んじ、全てのユーザーと開発者に敬意を払うことを望んでいます。<p>

"<p>" should be "</p>".

(3)
line 87:
"  もしコアチームが委員会の下した結論に反対した場合、コアチームは委員会にその理由を提示するものとします。"
The leading 2 spaces are not necessary.
