OK, all three are there now:

              Add <link
             linkend="functions-recovery-info-table"><function>pg_last_xlog_receive_location()</></link>
              and <function>pg_last_xlog_replay_location()</>, which
              can be used to monitor standby server <acronym>WAL</>
              activity (Simon, Fujii Masao, Heikki)
