Just to head this off:  no, it doesn't.

It says: MySQL: The world's most popular open source database
                                                    ^^^^^

That's been their slogan for quite a while.  It's not precisely accurate 
either, depending on your version of "popular", but it does provide a nice 
contrast between us and them.
