BUG #1312: the ordinal 2821 could not be located

Description:        the ordinal 2821 could not be located

Details: 

At the point when the installer issues initdb.exe I get the above mentioned 
"LIBEAY32.dll" error. 

The initdb.log file is empty.

I downloaded "postgresql-8.0.0-beta4.zip".
