I have the Win32 port planned for March for me. I haven't talked to
Patrick about PITR (added him to CC), but maybe he would like to chime in. 
I haven't heard Postgres-R hooks, which is where we are now in the plan,
are ready to go.

So you were thinking of beta for May 1?
