ALTER STATISTIC and dump ?

Hi,

I just want to know if the command :

ALTER TABLE [ ONLY ] table [ * ]
     ALTER [ COLUMN ] column SET STATISTICS integer

is also applied after a pg_dumpall, and the integration of the data in a new 
database ?

How to know if so or not ?
