Problem with btree index on 7.1.3

Hello,

on 7.1.3 I get:
ERROR:  btree: index item size 3028 exceeds maximum 2713

it seems like known problem, and I have a feeling that it is fixed in 7.2 RC1,
but does anywhere a patch available for 7.1.3?
