contrib/pg_resetxlog fails to compile under Digital Unix

Short Description
contrib/pg_resetxlog fails to compile under Digital Unix

Long Description
Under Digital Unix (aka Compaq Tru64) 4.0f with cc, contrib/pg_resetxlog fails to compile because of the lack of snprintf (it's in libdb).

Adding a -ldb to the Makefile fixes the problem.
