    Elian Carsenat (elian.carsenat@websitewatchers.co.uk) reports a bug with a severity of 2
    The lower the number the more severe it is.

    NT Binary V7.0 - postgres fails start cause PG_VERSION
    
    Long Description
    NT Binary V7.0 - postgres fails to start because PG_VERSION not recognized properly (windows char encoding ?)

    From the line break in the "should be 7.0
    , not 7.0" I wonder if it isn't a CRLF vs LF problem?
