1. Update to FAQ_SCO.

   I must be tired ... I sent the last message out without a subject and used the 
   wrong format for the diff file.   Sigh...
   
   The following patch corrects a problem in the man page fix script in the 
   FAQ_SCO documentation and adds the commands to create pre-formatted versions 
   of the manual pages on UnixWare 7.0.
