Error message when trying to create a table
with a primary key on type reltime or timestamp

Test Case:

create table periodes ( b reltime primary key ) ;
ERROR:  Can't find a default operator class for type 703.

create table periodes ( b timestamp primary key ) ;
ERROR:  Can't find a default operator class for type 1296.
