1. Installation data blocksize and max tuple size configuration

   Hi,
   
   Accoding to the HISTORY file it is now possible to set the max-tuple
   size for a database. (I'm using yesterdays cvs snapshot on Linux).
   
   Could anyone help me find out how to configure this value?
