I thought I might provide a little more info...

I'm sending 
Qselect relname, usename from pg_class, pg_user where relkind = 'r' and
relname !~ '^Inv[0-9]+' and int4out(usesysid) = int4out(relowner) order by
relname

and it looks like what I get back is 
Pblank
