1. PDF of Programmer's Guide?

   Hi;
   
   I'm a well versed user of various SQL engines, but am on a new hosting
   service which is offering PostgreSQL. So, I need to come up to speed on a
   few things.
   
   I've been through the online manual(s) at
   www.postgresql.org/docs/index.shtml and can't find mention of a PDF version
   (or some other form which I can print hardcopy of) of the docs. Is there
   one, and could someone please point me to it?

   There are postscript versions online as well as bundled with the source 
   distributions.
