Michael, The SQLSTATE codes appear in section 22 of SQL 92. See http://csf.colorado.edu/local/sql/22_status.txt Apparently, the SQLCODE values are deprecated. Since we do not have SQLSTATE yet, I worry about SQLCODE only.
