Description:        

sudo yum install -y postgresql16-server

When you run
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/16/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found
It becomes.

"https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/16/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64"  is
not directory.
Unable to download all "rhel-7" series.
