PostgreSQL 19 Beta 1 release date

Hi,

PostgreSQL 19 Beta 1 is planned for release on June 4, 2026. Please be 
sure you have any fixes targeted for the beta committed no later than 
May 30, 2026 12:00 UTC to give them time to get through the buildfarm.
