Releases: 8.1.0 
Many small improvements and copy edits to the release notes. Use "&mdash;"
rather than "-" for the "dash" character. Correct SGML markup. Make
references to the names of contributors more consistent. Rewrite a bit
of prose, and make some other similar cleanups.
