Fix warnings from msgfmt

/usr/bin/msgfmt: po/fr.po: warning: PO file header fuzzy
                           warning: older versions of msgfmt will give an error on this

Apparently, not all versions of msgfmt produce this.  Quick fix for
now, more to be researched later.
