Change descriptions of entity and tag objects to "XML entity" and "XML tag".

Change descriptions of entity and tag objects to "XML entity" and "XML tag". Allow tag and entity names that follow XML rules. Provide for hexadecimal as well as decimal numeric entities. Adjust code names to coincide with new descriptions.
