Subject: [PATCH v19 7/9] Remove superfluous bgwriter stats
- Remove stats from pg_stat_bgwriter which are now more clearly
expressed in pg_stat_buffers.
- Move checkpointer related stats to new view, pg_stat_checkpointer.
